Website Terms & Liability

You use this website at your own risk. While we try to keep information accurate, current, and useful, Playground is not responsible for losses, damages, errors, omissions, interruptions, or other issues that may arise from your use of this website or your reliance on website content.

Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. Venue details, hours, menu items, event details, pricing, and availability may change without notice.

If there is any inconsistency between information shown on this website and information provided directly by Playground through venue signage, staff, event documents, booking confirmations, or written promotional materials, the information provided directly by Playground will control.

This website may contain links to third-party websites, booking providers, maps, menus, social platforms, payment services, or other tools that are not owned or controlled by Playground. Those links are provided for convenience only. Playground does not control or endorse third-party content and is not responsible for third-party websites, services, or policies.

Although we take reasonable steps to maintain a secure website, we do not guarantee that files, downloads, or linked services will always be free of viruses, malware, or other harmful code. You are responsible for using appropriate protections on your own devices and systems.

Prices, offers, event details, menu items, promotion terms, and booking availability are subject to change without notice.

Unless a promotion specifically says otherwise:

• offers are subject to availability;
• offers cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special pricing;
• promotional availability may be limited on holidays, holiday weekends, special event dates, or blackout periods; and
• Playground reserves the right to modify, pause, or end a promotion at any time.

Some promotions or reservation types may not be available through every online booking path. When that happens, please contact Playground directly or ask our staff about current availability.

Online reservations, event inquiries, purchases, and related transactions may be processed through third-party commerce, payment, or booking platforms used by Playground from time to time. Accepted payment methods, booking requirements, fees, taxes, deposits, and cancellation policies may vary depending on the specific reservation, purchase, or provider and will generally be shown at checkout, in the booking flow, or in your confirmation materials.

You are responsible for reviewing the final pricing and reservation details before completing a purchase or submitting a booking request.

Private event packages, buyouts, group reservations, semi-private bookings, and custom event proposals are subject to availability, staffing, space limitations, minimums, and any package-specific terms provided by Playground. Event pricing, inclusions, menu selections, timelines, room assignments, and activity access may vary based on group size, event date, and the final agreement confirmed with Playground.

Submitting an inquiry form or receiving a quote does not guarantee availability or create a binding reservation. A private event is only confirmed when Playground accepts the reservation and any required deposit, signed agreement, minimum spend acknowledgment, or other confirmation step has been completed.

For private events and larger group bookings, you are responsible for reviewing the event proposal, invoice, package details, guest-count assumptions, payment schedule, cancellation terms, and any venue rules that apply to your event before confirming. Final headcounts, food-and-beverage selections, activity timing, and room access may be subject to deadlines established by Playground.

Unless otherwise stated, all text, design, graphics, branding, artwork, photos, icons, logos, and other content on this website are owned by or licensed to Playground LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not, without our prior written consent:

• copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit website content;
• store substantial portions of this website on another website, platform, or commercial document;
• use Playground content, branding, or imagery in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation that does not exist; or
• use this website in a way it was not intended to be used.

You may print or copy limited portions of this website for personal, non-commercial use only, provided that the content is not altered and all proprietary rights remain intact.

If you have feedback about the website, see an accessibility issue, or notice information that appears incorrect, please contact Playground at info@playgroundllc.us or through our contact page.

By visiting Playground, making a reservation, attending an event, or participating in any activity at our venue, you agree to comply with Playground’s house rules, staff instructions, and any additional policies that apply to your visit, booking, event package, or promotion.

Playground may refuse service, suspend participation, remove guests, or cancel access to certain activities where reasonably necessary for safety, fairness, policy enforcement, legal compliance, or protection of staff, guests, and property.

For private events, the booking contact is responsible for communicating applicable venue rules and event requirements to guests, vendors, parents, chaperones, or other attendees connected to the event. Playground may adjust event flow, room usage, timing, or activity access where reasonably necessary to protect safety, operations, or guest experience.

Participation in mini golf, arcade play, group events, food-and-beverage service environments, and other venue activities involves inherent risks, including slips, trips, falls, collisions, equipment misuse, and other risks of personal injury or property damage. You are responsible for acting safely, using sound judgment, and following all posted rules and staff directions.

If you have a medical condition, mobility concern, injury, sensory sensitivity, or any other issue that may affect your participation, please use your judgment and consult an appropriate professional if needed before participating.

Guests under 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult where required by Playground policy, the nature of the activity, the time of visit, or applicable law.

If you book, organize, host, or attend a private event at Playground, you acknowledge that group activities may involve additional movement, crowding, food-and-beverage service, decorations, vendor setup, or coordinated participation by multiple guests. The event host and all attendees remain responsible for following Playground staff instructions and using the venue safely.

Playground may update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this website. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
